When you are preparing your invite list for your YB trunk show, think big! We want your show to be super successful. We recommend you reach out to Mom’s and daughter’s from school, sporting teams, dance, girls scout troops and anyone you think may love YB as much as you do!

Your list is complete now what? We suggest you send an email including the YB story and sharing a few dates you are considering for the show and request feedback on what works for your guests. Once you have a date, contact the YB team and provide them with date(s), time, address and rsvp information. In the meantime we will be busy at YB creating your digital invitation!

It is our experience for a great show your attendance should be a minimum of 25 berries and their mom’s. As your show approaches we can also send a geo-targeted email to your area announcing your show and letting other YB fans that there is a trunk show.

Now the good stuff! It’s simple. You will receive 10% of gross sales minus shipping for shows over $1000.

Example: Show gross sales $1500 – $90 = $1,410

Your rewards would $141 in YB dollars towards product.

Whether you write up the orders or your guests do, the most important thing to ensure your orders are legible and have complete information. We like orders placed within 24 hours of your show. They should be scanned and emailed to erin@yellowberrycompany.com

If you are willing to download a point of sale app to your iPad, orders can be placed, submitted and paid for at the show. If this is something you are interested in, someone from our YB team will do a brief training to set you up.

Let the fun begin! We have included some visuals to help inspire you, but we want you to feel free to put your touch on your show. In your trunk there are a couple items to get you started. Kraft boxes with our signature yellow ribbon, a stand up banner and of course product. Then the rest is up to you! The cuter the better. Yellow balloons, yellow candies, yellow flowers, tie yellow bows everywhere! This is your shop for the day so have fun with it.

Last but not least…we also recommend a private changing area. It’s a nice touch and appreciated by our more modest berries!
